Leo Robin wrote a letter, after being paid a compliment, accompanied by an autographed piece of sheet music for "Paducah," written by the songwriters Leo Robin and Harry Warren for the 1943 film The Gang's All Here, to Fred G. Neuman, a journalist and author of The Story of Paducah, a history of Paducah through the 1920s, with mention of his friend Irvin Shrewsbury Cobb, an author, humorist, editor and columnist from Paducah, Kentucky who was raised there, and the events and people of his childhood became the basis for much of his later works and who later in life, was nicknamed "Duke of Paducah." Leo Robin Music expresses its appreciation to the David Jenkins Collection for providing the letter and autographed sheet music.
